Disneyland Paris, located in Marne-la-Vallée, is a huge resort spanning across 5000 acres. It is home to Disneyland Park, Disney Adventure World (formerly known as Walt Disney Studios Park), Disney Village, and several Disney Hotels. Each themed park features between 10 and 20+ rides and attractions, over 20 restaurant options, and other shops, guest services, and entertainment experiences. Disneyland Paris is almost one-fifth the size of Paris City, making it difficult for first-time visitors to navigate.
Understanding the Disneyland Paris map and layout can improve your entire visiting experience. From where the attractions and rides are located to how to move from one themed land to another, the map of Disneyland Paris theme park allows you to plan your route inside the resort in a better way.
In this article, we will talk about how to navigate the Disneyland Paris map, know which other services the map shows, and help you locate the important rides and attractions in both theme parks.
Visitors should also note that, as of March 29, 2026, Walt Disney Studios Park has been renamed Disney Adventure World, with a new entrance promenade, a central lake, and an entirely new zone, The World of Frozen.
Disneyland Paris at a Glance: How the Resort Is Laid Out
Disneyland Paris isn’t one park; it’s a compact resort with two theme parks, an entertainment district, seven Disney hotels, and a train station, all arranged around a single pedestrian hub.
Picture the resort as a triangle:
| Area | What it is | Walk from the hub |
| Disneyland Park | The original castle park (opened 1992), 5 lands | 2 minutes |
| Disney Adventure World | The reimagined second park (renamed March 2026) | 2 minutes |
| Disney Village | Free-entry dining, shopping & entertainment district | 1 minute |
| Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station | RER A, TGV & Eurostar trains | At the hub itself |
| Disneyland Hotel | Sits directly over the Disneyland Park entrance | 0 minutes |
The hub between the two park entrances is where you’ll pass security screening. Once through, the Disneyland Park gates are to your left (under the pink Disneyland Hotel), Disney Adventure World is to your right, and Disney Village stretches out behind you toward Lake Disney and the resort hotels. You can walk between the two park entrances in under five minutes – park hopping here is trivially easy compared to any other Disney resort.
Disneyland Paris Map
The Disneyland Paris park is divided into 5 themed lands: Main Street, U.S.A., Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland, and Discoveryland and helps you spot all the rides, entertainment experiences, attractions, and event places in this particular themed park.
Upon entering this park, you’ll first arrive on the themed land of Main Street, U.S.A, and from here, explore the park in a clockwise direction, like, from Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland, and finally Discoveryland. Following this clockwise route and navigating through the Disneyland maps, Paris map will not let you waste time moving from one land to another.
Main Street USA
Main Street USA is an early 20th-century American town set up at Disneyland Park at the park’s entrance. Daytime parades are mostly scheduled here. This street serves as a way to the famous Sleeping Beauty Castle and has Victorian-style buildings, shops, restaurants, and cafés.
Map tip: City Hall, immediately on your left as you enter Town Square, is where you collect paper maps, entertainment schedules, and accessibility passes.
Frontierland
After leaving Main Street USA, visitors moving in a clockwise direction (left of the castle) arrive at Frontierland, the largest zone of Disneyland Paris. Here you will find some of the park’s most famous highlights, like Big Thunder Mountain, Phantom Manor, and steamboat cruise rides.
Adventureland
Moving further clockwise, you will enter Adventureland (southwest of the castle). This zone is a blend of Arabian bazaar, Caribbean coves and jungle island, featuring many dark rides, walkthrough experiences, and roller coasters. Explore popular highlights Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril, Adventure Isle and Aladdin’s Enchanted Passage.
Fantasyland
Directly behind and around the castle lies Fantasyland, the storybook heart of the park. This is the magical fairytale village of Disneyland Park, where the attractions and rides are inspired by classic Disney fairy tales. Peter Pan’s Flight, Dumbo, “It’s a Small World,” the Mad Hatter’s Tea Cups, and Alice’s Curious Labyrinth hedge maze all cluster here. Fantasyland is the most densely packed land on the map, with short distances, but the slowest walking, thanks to crowds and strollers.
Fantasyland is one of the best places for spotting characters and meet and greets.
Discoveryland
To the right of the castle, you will find the retro-futuristic Discoveryland. Here you will find the park’s biggest thrilling rides, space-themed adventurous and walkthrough experiences, and attractions like Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, and more. Discoveryland connects directly back to Main Street, completing the loop.
Disneyland Park Walking Shortcuts Most Visitors Miss
- The Main Street Arcades. Running parallel to Main Street on both sides are two covered walkways: Liberty Arcade (left) and Discovery Arcade (right). When Main Street is jammed during parades or at park closing, these arcades let you glide from Town Square to Central Plaza past everyone standing still. They’re also lifesavers in the rain.
- The Adventureland to Frontierland passage. These lands connect directly through Adventure Isle and near the Cottonwood Creek Ranch, so you don’t need to loop back through Central Plaza.
- Castle passthrough. You can walk directly through Sleeping Beauty Castle between Central Plaza and Fantasyland. Don’t skip the Dragon’s Lair (La Tanière du Dragon) beneath it, one of the most-missed sights in the park.
Disney Adventure World Map
Disney Adventure World, previously known as Walt Disney Studios, is the second theme park at Disneyland Paris and has recently witnessed the addition of a themed land, the World of Frozen, to it. The Disney Adventure World map helps you locate rides, attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues, shops, and guest facilities.
This is where every older map fails you. Since March 29, 2026, the second park has a new name, a new spine, a new lake, and a new land. Here’s the current layout, from the entrance inward:
World Premiere Plaza
The first themed land you enter is the World Premiere on your left. Spot the Hollywood-themed movie premiere that features the park’s most visited theaters, most hosted shows, and one of the major highlights, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. The Mickey and the Magician show plays here.
Avengers Campus
To the left of World Premiere Plaza, Avengers Campus is located right ahead of the World of Premier and features rides and attractions that are Marvel and WEB-themed. You will also meet Marvel characters and enjoy superhero-themed experiences here.
Adventure Way
Adventure Way is another themed land and is now the new heart of the park. Adventure Way is a boulevard leading from the park to Adventure Bay, a 3-hectare lake featuring the spectacular Disney Cascade of Lights nighttime show.
Along Adventure Way, you’ll find Raiponce Tangled Spin (the new Tangled family attraction), The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge, and a string of new dining kiosks. After dark, Adventure Bay becomes the stage for Disney Cascade of Lights, the park’s first daily nighttime spectacular.
World of Frozen
Cross Adventure Bay to land in the new World of Frozen, the latest fairytale addition to the Disney Adventure World. The attraction is inspired by the Kingdom of Arendelle and features Frozen-themed boat rides, the A Celebration in Arendelle daytime show, the Anna and Elsa royal meet-and-greet, the Nordic Crowns Tavern for quick-service meals, and the Arendelle Boutique for merchandise.
Map tip for 2026: a fourth land inspired by The Lion King is under construction and will join the park later, so expect construction walls in one section of the map, which are clearly marked in the app.
Worlds of Pixar
The World of Pixar lies on the right side of the World Premier Plaza. This zone features the most popular rides of the park. They are Pixar-themed and inspired by popular Pixar films like Toy Story, Cars, Finding Nemo, and Ratatouille.
How the Two Parks Compare on Foot
| Disneyland Park | Disney Adventure World | |
| Layout style | Hub & spoke around the castle | Linear spine ending at a lake |
| Easiest to navigate | Very easy, the castle is always your compass | Easy if you follow Adventure Way |
| Most walking required | Frontierland loop | Entrance to the World of Frozen |
| Best nighttime viewing spot | Central Plaza (castle shows) | Adventure Bay shores (Cascade of Lights) |
Disney Village Map
Disney Village features some of the resort’s premium and popular dining options, including The Steakhouse, Brasserie Rosalie, Billy Bob’s Buffet, Earl of Sandwich, Five Guys, Vapiano, and The Royal Pub. Apart from these meal spots, it also features shopping spots such as World of Disney, Disney Store, LEGO Store, and the Rainforest Cafe Gift Shop. Simply, it’s your map’s answer to “where do we eat after the park closes?”: restaurants, shops, a cinema, and bars stretching along Lake Disney.
Disney Village is located between Disneyland Park, Disney Adventure World, and the Disney Hotels, and is just a short walk from the main park entrance. Visitors do not need a park ticket or an entrance ticket to this spot.
Transport landmark to memorize: Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station sits directly between the park entrances. RER A trains run to central Paris in about 40 minutes; TGV and Eurostar services connect you to the rest of France and to London. If you ever feel lost anywhere in the resort, “walk toward the station” reorients you instantly.
Where & How To Get The Official Map
The official Disneyland Paris map can be downloaded and obtained from many sources. The map is available in many formats, so you can choose the one that’s most convenient for your visit.
Download the Disneyland Paris App
The easiest way to get the map is through the Disneyland Paris app. This app has a live GPS that shows your current location, nearby rides and attractions, themed lands, restaurants, wait times, Rider Switch availability, and more. For navigating both parks, this map can be the best source of information.
Paper Maps
You can get paper maps at the entrance help desks or the ticket counter at either themed park. Guests of Disney Hotels can find the maps in their rooms as well. PDF Maps
Visitors can download a Disneyland Paris Map in PDF format on their phone before they visit. This PDF can really become an important part of your journey as you can plan your route.
Reading the Disneyland Paris Map: Tips for Navigating the Park
Reading the Disneyland Paris map can help you find everything you need during your visit. The map not only shows the directions, but also lets you browse through the restaurants, attractions, hotels, souvenir shops, show locations, character meet and greet spots, and more.
Both parks funnel everyone through one opening
Main Street in Disneyland Park and World Premiere Plaza in Disney Adventure World are the main passages. If you’re rope-dropping a popular ride, know which land you’re heading to before you pass the gates, not while standing in the flow.
Attractions
The Attractions section displays every ride in the resort. On the app, you can filter attractions by thrill level, height requirement, age group, accessibility, Disney Premier Access, Single Rider, or Meet Disney Characters to quickly find rides that suit your group. If you are using the Disneyland Paris map PDF, all the rides and attractions are numbered and listed with great detail.
Restaurants
If you are using the app, tap Restaurants to view all dining locations across Disneyland Park, Disney Adventure World, Disney Village, and Disney Hotels. You can further filter by cuisine, meal type, or location, check menus, view opening hours, and get directions to your chosen restaurant. On the PDF, it can be a little hard to spot them.
Hotels
Select Hotels to view all Disney Hotels and selected partner hotels around the resort. You can see each hotel’s location on the map and learn a way to easily navigate between your hotel, the parks, and Disney Village.
Shows
Shows are hosted every day at Disneyland Paris, across both theme parks. To check their location and timings, tap on the Show icon, find stage shows, parades, and nighttime spectaculars taking place throughout the day. The map also displays show locations and performance times, helping you plan your schedule more efficiently.
Character meet and greet
Tap on the Character filter to see where your favourite Disney Characters are appearing in both parks. The map shows their locations and, where available, the meeting times, and also an option to book your slot in the virtual queue.
Toilets, baby care, and drinking water
The map clearly marks toilets, Baby Care Centres, and drinking water points across the resort. Use these filters to quickly find the nearest facilities whenever you need them, without walking around the park searching. In the park, you may see signboards for them too.
First aid services
If you need medical assistance, select the first aid services option and find its exact location, allowing you to reach it quickly from anywhere in the resort.
Locker locations
You can find lockers just outside the Disneyland Park entrance and near Guest Relations. Check the app map for the current locations before hauling bags in.
Distances are shorter than they feel
Disneyland Park is roughly a 20 to 25 minute stroll rim to rim; even the walk from Disney Adventure World’s gates to World of Frozen at the far side of Adventure Bay is comfortably under 15 minutes.
Plan around the water
In Disneyland Park, the Rivers of the Far West block straight-line walking in Frontierland; in Disney Adventure World, Adventure Bay does the same, and you’ll walk around the lake, so pick your side based on your next destination.
Parade route
In Disneyland Park, Disney Stars on Parade runs from Fantasyland (beside “It’s a Small World”) down to Town Square. The map’s parade route marking tells you which paths will be blocked, cross to the correct side 15 minutes before showtime, or use the arcades.
Height restrictions vary by ride
While the map highlights rides with restrictions, it won’t tell you which coasters your kids can board. Check our full guide to Disneyland Paris height restrictions before promising anyone Big Thunder Mountain.
